Went for an early summer evening walk and stopped at one of my favourite trees which i believe is the small-leaved Lime or Linden tree..

I will check its flowers in July to make sure!

It is a late flowering tree and brings much comfort.

 The evening air was alive with the sound of wood-pigeons and birds tweeting and the sun setting between the tall hedges. Bluebells and dandelions everywhere and tiny forget-me-knots.
